University of Lancaster has both a Men’s and Women’s lacrosse team, as well as a mixed team. Lancaster Men’s and Women’s are involved in the Northern 1A BUCS League, in addition to the Northern National Cup, an annual competition against the University of York at Roses, and other local Saturday leagues. Training focuses on building skills, confidence, and fitness, to build player’s technical skills and professional approach to the game. All abilities are welcome!
