University of Northampton Lacrosse: Name Change for Inclusion!

We have proudly been women’s lacrosse at Northampton university for the previous couple of years, however our goal of this year was to become a more inclusive experience, and aim to create a mixed team with the hopes of then progressing to also having an all men’s team too. Our first successful step towards achieving this goal was to officially change our name from Womens lacrosse to how we are now proudly known, which is simply Lacrosse.
